The test structure of SNAP TEST 2010 was as below:


Test Duration – 120 mins.

Negative Marking:

For 1 mark question – 0.25

For 2 mark question – 0.5

As Symbiosis institutes will not be considering sectional cut-off, students will look at maximizing the overall score. With the paper having a good number of easy questions (around 65) and not very difficult questions (around 60), students have a good chance of attempting around 105 + questions.

Projected cut-off for SIBM: 110 – 115 marks

Projected cut-off for SCMHRD: 105 – 110 marks

Projected cut-off for SIIB: 97 – 102 marks

Sectional Analysis:

Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency



A good number of attempts in this sections will be 30+ questions with a score of 25-28.

Analytical & Logical Reasoning



A good number of attempts in this sections will be 23-25 questions with a score of around 40.

General English



A good number of attempts in this sections will be 31-34 questions with a score of 27-30.

General Awareness


A good number of attempts in this sections will be 17+ questions with a score of 12-14 because of low accuracy.
