More than 36,000 students from more than 180 schools in Bangalore participated in the Bangalore event. From among the teams that qualified for the City Finals, the top six teams qualified for the on-stage finals that lasted for 2 hours.

After the City Finals, the finals standings were as follows:

Winners:-

St. Joseph's Boys School ( Sonal Len Saldhana & Akshay Krishna )

2nd Position:- Delhi Public School, Bangalore South ( Aravindabharathi R & Rohit B)

3rd Position:- Bishop Cotton Boys School ( Rudra Ramanathan & Ram Raghav R)

4th Postion : Two teams were tied for the fourth position

- National Public School, Indira Nagar (Abhishek M & Preeti S)

- Sri Aurobindo Memorial School (Rohit K & Anurup A K )

6th Position:- New Horizon Public School (Vandhana K & Harshitha M)

Mr. Ajay Antony, Vice President, T.I.M.E. was the Quiz Master for the Bangalore edition of Aqua Regia-The Science Quiz 2007, the Biggest Inter-SChool Science Quiz in India.

St. Joseph's Boys School will represent Bangalore in their Regional Finals to be held in Hyderabad on 3rd December 2007.
