Mr.Ajay Arora passed his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in 1992 and pursued his MBA (PGBDA) from XLRI - Jamshedpur.He then took charge of the family business in the Infrastructure Industry.

He left that in the year 1998 to pursue his passion in the Education Sector. He started the operations of T.I.M.E., Bangalore and has been the been the main force responsible for its success for the past decade. T.I.M.E today is the largest coaching institute in the city having 7 offices, employing close to 300+ people. T.I.M.E. Bangalore trained close to 12,000 students in the last financial year.
