gautam: You have 20 min, so I wld say abt 250 words. The basic idea is: KISS ... Keep It Short & Simple as far as language is concerned. Adopt an approach that looks at the issue from diff angles. Don't take a stance right at the beginning.

Also is GIM better than SIIB. Last worked as lead for technical recruitment team (US-US). Want to pursue MBA(HR) and change the track from recruitment to Core HR.

gautam: It is important to keep in mind the fact that the moment you take a decision that is patently unethical then you are opening yourself to a lot of questions. Questions on how you are going to attain your objectives etc. I suggest that you try and make ethical decisions. Satyam's Raju also made what you would call "business-wise" decisions!!! Now he does not look too smart does he?

saikumar: SIBM, SCMHRD and SIIB are all possible at that score. SITM is not good for your interests and profile
