Shwetank: final score matters. so just attempts without knowing the negatives won't do. As Ajay sir mentioned, 30 to 32 should be fine for DI cut offs.

CKK: also regarding the medical set of questions....the change in the value of the Rupee to 35.....whow will it effect the new difference in the cost of the treatment....
Ajay Arora: the price of $5500 has been calculated at an exchange rate of 40.928 which is close to Rs 4,29,000/- . this cost in rupees has to be divided by the new exchange rate Rs 35. hence the price in dollar increases

Shwetank: if you see the only combination posible - it will be o and q. but whatever be the proportion you mix them in, the answer targeted is the same. so infinite proportions are possible and hence option 5.

qqq: sir when one talks of sectional cut offs, then approximatley what's the %ile one takes in consideration?
Shwetank: 85 - 85 %ile. That too is for one IIM call - generally IIM I or IIM K. Last Year IIM A had 95 %ile in the sections as the final sectional cut off it considered.

Anand: I am getting 14 in QA 58 in DI and 28 in EU. Can I hope for any call =s from the IIMs. I lost my marks in QA by commiting silly misakes. Will having a work ex of 2 years count for my calls now though my score in QA is less?
Shwetank: looks tough. keep fingers crossed for IIM B. But the sectional cut off clearing is a must. Only after that would a weightage be given to work ex. keep the hope. attack other exams with gusto!

Shwetank: you are msissing the quant cut off. But at a total score of around 95 you can get a good total percentile and get some CAT allied colleges who do not look at sectional cutoffs.

KIran: Regarding the lowest fare-- Why is it not A-H-J..Is the answer 2275?
Ajay Arora: one last clarification on this again. sorry for the confusion . the correct answer is 2930. it is not 2275 as 2275 is lowest cost between a and j , it is not the lowest cost on the shortest route

Ajay Arora: if score was 3-0 at half time the match would be a draw. if score was 4-1 at halftime then m&m would win. so you cannot decide, hence 5
