Admission to Undergraduate Programmes
The School of Engineering offers B.Tech Programmes in seven branches.
Admission to these programmes is based on an All India Entrance Examination
Conducted by Amrita University.

Eligibility
Eligibility for Admission is a pass in 12th standard with minimum of 60 % marks
in Mathematics, Physics and any one of the following subjects: (a) Chemistry,
(b) Computer Science, from any State Higher Secondary Board, CBSE or
equivalent
Age: Should not exceed 21 as on 1st July of the year of
admission.
Pattern of Entrance Examination
Objective type questions -4 options with one correct answer.
Paper I –Physics& Chemistry
Paper II-Mathematics
Both papers had four different versions. Same questions but different
numbering.
Number of Questions -100 each .Total - 300 marks per paper.
Duration-2 hours 30 min
Three marks for one correct answer and one negative mark for wrong answer.
