Registration
You
have to register on www.time4education.com. (If you have already registered
with the website using your T.I.M.E.
Id. card number as your user-id, then you can directly "log in" and access your
results).
To
register, click the button “New User! Sign Up” located near the "log in"
box on the Home Page.
User-id:
Use your Nine-character T.I.M.E. Id.
card number as the “User-Id.”
Date
of birth: Give the date of birth as given to
T.I.M.E. while enrolling for the course. Give the date of
birth in ddmmyy format without any spaces or extra characters like “–” or
“/”. For example, if your date of birth is 4th March 1985, then you
should type it as 040385.
Email
id: Please provide your (valid) email id – one that you
check regularly. This is important because your password will be sent to the
email Id that you provide.
At
the end of the registration screen, you will get a question: “Are you a current
T.I.M.E. Student?” If you are a T.I.M.E.
student*, please select “yes” as the answer. (* You are a
T.I.M.E. student if you are a full course student or a test
series/AIMCAT student.)
At every step
in the Registration process, answer all the questions that you are asked. After
you fill in all the details, click on “submit” and follow the instructions.
Receiving
Password
Once
you register as above, you will receive your password through email.
Please
note the following while giving your email address while registering. If the
email address that you give is not correct, then you will obviously not receive
your password and you will not be able to access the website.
If
you are working, be careful in giving your company-based email address. A large
number of companies have firewalls and may not allow the email from us with
your password. We very strongly recommend that you give an email address from
email providers like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Rediffmail, etc.
Once
you click on “Submit” on the “Registration” screen, you will be asked to
confirm the email address – if you wish to change email address, you can do so
at that time.
Difficulties/Problems
while Registering
If
you face any difficulty in registering on our website, (which, in turn, means
that you cannot enter Student Homepage and check your AIMCAT results) you have
a facility to send a mail giving us the problem you faced. Once we receive the
mail, we will take care of your difficulty. As a part of sorting out the
problem, we may ask you to get in touch with your local
T.I.M.E. centre.
Subsequent
Log In’s
Once
you are registered, when ever you want to check the results, you can do so by
logging in on the website. Use the “log in” area of the Home Page to log in.
Here, please enter T.I.M.E. id
number as your user-id and password that we sent you by email as your password
– you will then be taken to Student Home page where you can check your
AIMCAT results.
Other
facilities on the website
In
addition to checking your results on the website, you get many more
facilities/features on the T.I.M.E.
website,
www.time4education.com.
Some of them are listed here: List of material you will receive in the course,
List of top B-Schools (categorised into A+, A, B+, etc.), Words (with meanings
and usage) for your Vocabulary Improvement, Discussion Forum where you can
share your views with others preparing for CAT, Posting your doubts to be
answered by
T.I.M.E.,
RC Tones, Support for B-School Application process, Support for Campus
Placements, etc.
FAQs
I
did not face any difficulty while registering but I still didn’t receive a
password – what should I do?
Once
the registration process is over, the process of sending the password is
automatic – with no manual intervention. In most cases, the email should reach
you within 20-30 min. However, sometimes, mails from one email provider to
another email provider may even take a few hours to reach. If you do not
receive a mail with your password even after half a day, there is some problem.
You might have given a wrong email address or some firewall may have rejected
the password mail. In either case, send us a mail at
info@time4education.com
with your details and we will send you your password after checking your
registration .
Even
before I joined T.I.M.E. or
before I read this note, I registered on time4education.com but the user id is
not the T.I.M.E. id number.
Can I access my results with that user id?
No.
You cannot access AIMCAT results and some of the other features provided for
T.I.M.E. students unless you register and log in using your
T.I.M.E. Id. card number (TIN) as “User-Id”. If you registered using
a different user name, you will need to register once more using
T.I.M.E. Id number as your User-Id.
While
registering on the website, I get a message that my name is not there in the
database. What should I do?
Every
T.I.M.E. centre across the country
sends the data base of students for uploading on the website. This process
normally gets completed latest within a week from the date you join
T.I.M.E. If you are getting this problem even after a week of your
joining T.I.M.E., you should get
in touch with your local T.I.M.E. centre.
While
registering on the website, even though I am giving my correct date of birth, I
am not allowed to register. What should I do?
The
date of birth that you give while registering on the website should match with
the date of birth that you gave on the enrolment form while joining
T.I.M.E. for CAT. If there is a discrepancy, please send us a mail
to
info@time4education.com
with the correct date of birth and we will update our records after which, you
can register smoothly.
Can
I change my password from the one that I receive by email from you?
Yes.
Once you receive your password by email from us, you can log in, go to Student
Home Page and change your password by clicking on “Change Password.”
While
trying to register on the website, I get a message “User Id already exists.”
What should I do?
Either
you would have already registered on the website and trying to register again
or some friend of yours who knows your date of birth may register on your
behalf and forgot informing you. In either case, approach your local
T.I.M.E. centre and they will be able to give the password to you.
