Trouble shooting guide
  1. Test Link Not Available on SHP:

    2. Check the slot time. Test link will be available only 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  2. Test not coming after clicking the START button below the test instructions page

    3. Disable the pop-blocker. See the appendix below to know how to disable the pop-up blocker. Refer to appendix to know how to change the screen resolution.

  3. A few buttons and Images are not appearing properly

    4. Set the screen resolution is 1024 x 768

  4. Power Failure During the test

    5. Resume the test after power supply is restored

  5. Unable to Submit

    6. Check if the internet connection is available with 100kbps upload speed. If it is not available wait till the connection is restored and submit the test.


Procedure to Disable Pop-ups

Internet Explorer: Tools --> Pop-up blocker --> Turnoff popup blocker --> OK
Mozilla Firefox: Tools --> Options --> Content -->Uncheck the "Block popup windows" checkbox --> OK
(or)
Edit --> Preferences --> Content -->Uncheck the "Block popup windows" checkbox --> OK
Google toolbar: Google Toolbar Options --> Tools --> uncheck the Block Pop-ups --> OK
Similarly check out the pop-up blocker options in the other toolbars and anti-virus

Adjusting Screen Resolution

Right click on Desktop --> Properties --> Settings --> set the screen-resolution to 1024 by 768 --> OK
