asim : CAT scores are also considered in lieu of XAT scores.. Applicants should indicate the XAT/CAT score for the year in the application form (if score is received by then). If the score is not received at the time of filling in the application, a copy of the score card must be sent by email/post within a week from the announcement of results of these tests. Otherwise the application will not be considered. Last date to receive the filled application at XIME is February 29, 2012.

pcr : thanks for the patience, pragati. In most cases, including at imt, the cat score is not so important that it will not be overshadowed by a good GDPI performance. Do well in that, and your chances would be good

rkrishnan : It may not be a wise idea to give fluency as one of the things they look at is communication skills.However , it may not be possible to improve in a such short span of time. In any case if you have a problem of language frequency , they will find out anyway whether you mention it or not.. Has somebody pointed this out to you or are you imagining it.The only way to improve is to read extensively and speak in English.
