deepak : It is a well established program. And for those who have been in the corporate for a good number of years. Their min work ex requirement is 2 yrs. These guys are expected to be more receptive to that agressive 1 yr program owing to their maturity and exposure.

ranjit : SIBM pune is better as the Batch size of NMIMS will make it tough to get placed. NMIMS avg salaries would be around 9 lakhs. Batch size will be a big problem for students ranked on the lower side during the 2 years of preparation. If you are not interested in HR you may stick to SIBM pune(Choosing a spesialization of your interest) instead of XLRI HR
