ankur : perhaps there is some mistake here. tech support or for that matter bpo support or for that matter KPO support is all acceptable. some b-schools sometimes may write in their prospectus/website that they will not accept such workex. however most institutes continue to accept and you should apply to those that accept. the minority which does not accept can be left by you.
