IIM Shillong has launched its Integrated Program in Management (IPM) from 2025, becoming the 7th IIM in India to offer this prestigious program. The IPM is a five-year residential dual-degree program, designed for students who have completed Class 12. It combines a strong foundation in business education with a focus on leadership, critical thinking, and innovation.

The program is structured into two segments: 3 years of BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) followed by 2 years of MBA (Master of Business Administration). The first three years follow a semester-based system, while the final two years adopt a trimester-based system, aligned with IIM Shillong’s Post Graduate Programme (PGP) structure.

Eligibility:

• Age: Candidate should have been born on or after July 01, 2005 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/DA category will be given, i.e., born on or after July 01, 2000).
• Minimum Qualifying Marks
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 60% in their 10th grade/SSC examinations and 12th grade/HSC or equivalent examinations (55% for candidates from SC/ST/DA categories).
  • Candidates must have studied mathematics or applied mathematics as a subject in Standard XI and XII.
• Entrance Test: Candidates must have appeared for the IPMAT (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test) conducted by IIM Indore. IIM Shillong will consider the IPMAT scores for shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) process.
