Admission Process:

Online Application via IIM Kozhikode portal

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must have passed Class XII or completed a diploma after 10 years of schooling from a stream recognized by the relevant Indian education boards.They must submit original mark sheets and certificates by 1st August 2025.
• Selection is based on academic performance, entrance exam scores, and a personal interview.

Entrance Test:

• All applicants must take the IIMK BMS Aptitude Test (IIMK BMS AT) 2025, which has two sections: Verbal Ability and Quantitative Ability.
• The test will be computer-based, multiple-choice, and held at selected centers.

Exemptions from the Entrance Test:

• Candidates with valid JEE (Mains), SAT, or ACT scores do not need to take the IIMK-BMS AT.
• These applicants will be shortlisted based on their submitted test scores.

Official scores must be submitted with the application.

Shortlisting for Interview:

• A shortlist will be prepared for each category using an Aggregate Index Score (AIS).
• AIS is calculated from entrance test scores, Class X marks, and Class XII/Diploma performance.

Personal Interview (PI):

• Shortlisted candidates must attend a personal interview held in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Mumbai, or New Delhi.
• The process will take about half a day, and each interview will last around 15 minutes.
• Candidates will be assessed on academics, awareness, attitude, communication, and fit for the program.

Final Selection:

• A final score will be calculated using interview performance, entrance or standardized test scores, and previous academic records.
• A merit list will be prepared category-wise based on these final scores.
• Admissions will be offered from this list, following Government of India reservation rules.

Reservation Policy:

IIM Kozhikode follows the reservation policy set by the Government of India for Central Educational Institutions.

Reserved seats are available for:

• PwD (Persons with Disabilities)
