govindrajan : yes, spend about 3 to 4 minutes taking a look at all the sets. In general sets that have lot of information require less logical analysis. While the sets that do not have much information require lot of logical analysis. The question format also gives some indication. The 'if conditions' in the questions indicate that we may get more than one possible case., Answer choices like 'Cannot be determined" also indicate, though not necessarily, possibility of multiple cases.

Give a quick read to the given data spending about a minute time. Do not try to analyse the information at this stage. Spend a couple of minutes to read the questions and the type of answer choices. In case the questions have "If" conditions, it indicates that we get more than one possible solution. The questions let us know how to use the given information. All these should happen in about 3 minutes. Then start going through the information carefully. While doing this decide which statement to be picked up first and the order in which the other pieces of information are to be used. This way we can have a smooth flow of thought process and take less time to solve.
