TANCET M.C.A 2015, was a relief to the students as easy-moderate difficulty level questions were more in number and these questions were based on the regular testing areas. One important change that we observed in this year's paper was that a new question type was introduced, where one has to focus on what is the necessary part which can be associated with the given word. Based on this seven questions were given.
Over the last few years many changes took place in the composition of the questions which made it difficult to guess the paper. In the years 2013 and 2014, there was heavy focus on non-verbal reasoning. In fact in those years questions on this area occupied almost 40% of the total weightage. In the same way there were many changes in the questions that were based on computers. Earlier TANCET used to focus on programming / flowchart based questions. In the last two-three years, the focus shifted to electronics and hardware related areas.
