GWPI Process at B-Schools

The process comprised:

  • Written Ability Test (Essay)
  • Personal Interview

Duration: 20 minutes
Word Limit: 300 words

Please note that a Case Study/Argument was given, which students had to read and write their analysis of it.

SAMPLE TOPICS

Sample 1: There have been several advantages of the pandemic for the IT companies worldwide. Apart from increase in demand for automation at workplace, it has also led to better working conditions for the employees. Almost all the companies having shifted to work from home routine has been the main factor for increase in revenue of these IT services companies. Work from home has enabled the employees to spend quality time with their family and work conveniently.

  1. Analyze the author's argument.
  2. What is your take on it?

Sample 2: The private institutions in higher education sector in India charge a lot of money but do not offer good quality of education. On the other hand, the government institutions offer good education and ROI. Therefore, the government should take over all the private colleges/universities. This will surely benefit the student community.

  1. What is your opinion about it?
  2. Discuss if the argument has merit.
