JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION(JEE)

Delhi Technological University (previously called Delhi College of Engineering)came into existence in the year 1940 to cater the needs of Indian Industries for trained manpower with practical experience and sound theoretical knowledge.

DTU is completely autonomous,a pioneering world class S&T University,that is capable of creating synergy between education and research and synergy between science and engineering. It also plays the role of a change agent to align India's S&T education to global standards

The following programmes are being offered by DTU

Academic Eligibility Conditions:

For Delhi Region Candidates (85% of seats)and for Outside Delhi Region Candidates (15% of seats)

A candidate passing any of the qualifying examination from a recognized School/College/Institute and securing 60 % or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, shall be eligible for admission to the first semester of Bachelor of Technology Course provided he/she has passed in each subject separately.

A candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study of the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective).

Candidates who have appeared at the Annual Examination and are placed either in compartment or who appear for improvement to aquire eligibility will not be considered for admission for the academic year.

One seat over and above the normal intake is reserved for Kashmiri Migrants candidate who have passed 10+2 from schools located in National Capital Territory(NCT) of Delhi.

The admission into the above seats is through online counselling and choice filling.
