AIEEE-2012 will be conducted online in a mass scale and CBSE has advised students to get acquainted to the new format.

In the 22 cities, AIEEE-2012 will be conducted only in online form. There will be no choice to take examination in paper and pencil format in any of these 22 cities. Online AIEEE 2012 will be conducted from 7^th to 25^th of May 2012 in these centers. Model online test software will be uploaded on CBSE website in December-2011. Read the press release from CBSE.

List of AIEEE 2012 Online Test Centers: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Chandigarh (Mohali/Panchkula), Delhi/NCR (except Faridabad), Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Ernakulum, Trivandrum, Bhopal, Mumbai, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Chennai, Dehra Dun, Lucknow, Noida, Kolkata, Allahabad, Bhubaneswar, Kota and Nagpur.

AIEEE-2012 will also be conducted in paper and pencil format in 65 other cities on 29^th April.
