Vocabulary: To cater effectively to the vocabulary levels of GRE® test
we have several classes exclusively dedicated to building the vocabulary of our
students. To practice and test the skills acquired in class, the vocabulary
sessions have additional mini-tests called VCTs or Vocabulary Class Tests.
These are administered from the second Vocabulary session onwards. There is a
mid-course test and a full-fledged, vocabulary-skills test covering antonyms,
analogies and sentence completion. We offer 17 vocabulary classes where we use
proven methods of vocabulary improvement to help you prepare for one of the
most dreaded areas of the GRE® Test.
Besides this, there are classes dedicated to strategies involved in sentence
completion, analogies, antonyms and reading comprehension. Since analytical
writing has become a crucial component in the admission process, we offer 15
classes, where we focus on this critical area. Some classes focus on basic
writing skills, where you will write essays on simpler topics. We then move on
to classes where the focus is on sentence construction and grammar-related
issues. These classes will help you prepare yourself to face the rigours of the
analytical writing section.
Quantitative Aptitude: We offer 8 classes in Quantitative ability, where
all the concepts of Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, etc.,
are taught and revised. For students from the non-maths streams, there are
additional special classes to build-up the basic concepts.
Statement of Purpose: Most college admission committees ask for a
write-up from candidates seeking admission called the "Statement Of Purpose
(SOP)". One full class is devoted to this important exercise of how to write an
SOP. Apart from that if a student writes the final SOP he can e-mail the essays
to us and we will edit the essays.
Selecting Universities: If a particular student needs help in selecting
the universities he needs to apply to, we can help him select the universities
which suit his profile and budget.

analytical writing essays can be written.
Preparation
We believe that a student from a branch of Science and Engineering has adequate
grip over maths and can tackle the section on quantitative ability with a fair
degree of comfort. This is because the concepts tested are usually of High
School level only. With some grounding on basic maths, even students from
non-maths background can do well. However, since GRE® test is a
'verbal-intensive' examination we feel that the verbal part of the test will
take about 3 to 6 months of active preparation. Besides this, intensive
preparation is required to effectively tackle the analytical writing section.
