  1. Logical Reasoning : Total number of questions: 30
  2. The Logical Reasoning section was on the predicted lines. The questions were based on the following topics

    1. Series and Sequence
    2. Course of Action
    3. Coding-Decoding
    4. Seating Arrangement
    5. Clock and Calendar
    6. Direction Sense
    7. Syllogisms
    8. Critical Reasoning (Conclusion, Assumption, Strong and Weak Arguments)

    As there were no surprises in this section, with all the questions coming from the standard topics, well prepared students would not have felt this section to be much of a trouble.

    OVERALL DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF THE SECTION: MODERATE

  3. Legal GK and Aptitude : Number of questions: 30
  4. This section saw varied distribution in terms of the questions from the 4 areas of law.

    1. There was only 1 principle based question from Law of Contracts. The difficulty level was EASY.
    2. There were around 10-12 questions on criminal law which were solely based on factual situation and no principle was provided. Such questions require a student to know the Legal Principles which govern certain situations like Theft, Murder, Negligence, Vicarious Liability. The difficulty level was EASY.
    3. The remaining questions were on Constitutional Law and Law of Contracts. The difficulty level was EASY.

  5. Analytical Reasoning : Total number of questions: 30
  6. The Mathematics section was a cakewalk for the aspirants. Most of the questions were on the predicted lines. The topics included:

    1. Averages
    2. Time and Work
    3. Profit and Loss
    4. Linear Equations
    5. Venn Diagram
    6. Ratio and Proportion
    7. Simple Interest
    8. Probability
    9. Permutation and Combination
    10. Ratio and Proportion

  7. Reading Comprehension : Number of questions: 30
  8. Reading Comprehension section had 6 passages comprising of 5 questions each (Very Small Passages). The difficulty level was EASY. The passages were based on contemporary topics like Net Neutrality and discrimination against women in temples.

    Most of the questions were direct and didn't require High Order Thinking Skills. Also, there were a few questions on Vocabulary related to the passage.

  9. General Knowledge : Number of questions: 30
  10. A majority of the questions were from Current Affairs which were from familiar topics for a serious aspirant.

    3. Who is the chairman of FTII?
    4. Dili is the capital of which Country?
    5. Which is the largest river island?
