About CLAT

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities around the country.

For a lucrative career right after Class XII, in Litigation, Corporate, Advisory, Government Jobs and Defence, NGOs, apart for Judiciary, today, Law School Graduates have the edge. NLU's have a well-established placement cell and boast of Indian as well as International Participating Organisations.

Any student, with 45% (and 40% in case of SC/ST) in Class XII is eligible to take the test. Students currently in Class XII and appearing in the Board Exams should ideally take up CLAT'21.
