Common Aptitude Test is the mother of all entrance examinations and here the most common myth in the mind of the student is that it is the most difficult exam, however CAT is not difficult but different, you need to approach the questions differently. The issue being that the schools follow the step by step approach rather than building the grass root level concepts. At T.I.M.E. Jhansi we focus on the foundation build-up of the students first and then take them from 0% to CAT level. The next myth is that CAT is only for engineers, this again is completely false. With due preparation and dedication our B.Com/BBA/B.Sc graduate students have outshined B.Tech graduates as well. So, truly all you need is to have a focused mind and willingness to learn and T.I.M.E. Jhansi will be there to help you get into the IIMs/FMS/IIFT gates.
T.I.M.E. Jhansi started in Dec 2016 and in CAT 2017 Batch, our 99 Percentile Club was opened by Vaibhav Saxena(99.80), Varun Sethi(99.20) and Rishabh Singh(98.97) , ten of our students were in the 95+ Percentile Club and many students got 90+ Percentile. Our students have got into the top B-Schools by the combined efforts of ours and theirs. This is what we stand for. Our center director Mr. Nikhil Bhalla takes 100% classes for these CAT subjects - Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning/Data Interpretation to ensure quality content to be delivered to the student in totality. Few guest lectures are also taken by IIT Kanpur Alumni, Mr. Niraj Khatri on topics like Permutation and Combination and Probability. For Verbal Aptitude, we have the best of faculties. One dedicated faculty for enhancing the Reading Comprehension skills of the student, one for boasting the Vocabulary my Root words and mnemonics method and one for para based exercises and grammar based.
Our way of teaching has been tailor-made as per the level of the students and we have different batches with respect to the level of students as well. We give in depth foundation classes wherein we start with multiplication, squaring and cubing techniques (Vedic Maths) and every session in the class is also having different methods to solve the same problem at hand. Our regular batch students are taught 14 hours a week and each and every topic is covered at-least two times with regular sectional tests and Workshop classes. Workshop class is one of the most important and useful tool to revise all the concepts and to get reminded of all the topics covered and taught earlier. We conduct workshop classes for the students from 15th September to 31st October every year and the duration is nearly 6 hours per day of the same. In totality we teach a CAT student around 650-700 hours to a student who joins us around January and 350-400 hours to a student who joins around June. We ensure that the personality build up of the student is being done along with academics in order to ensure not just good percentile but conversion in GD/WAT/PI and for the same we conduct PDP classes every Saturday.
We have special classes conducted for General Awareness being conducted which we start in the month of August as required by some of the entrance tests like IIFT, SNAP, TISS, MAT and others.
When we talk about CAT Coaching, we don’t just prepare our students for CAT but also for the related exams which yield students the other best of the B-Schools as well many of which are even better than most of the IIMs, for example, IIFT, Delhi has a separate exam. NMIMS, Mumbai conducts NMAT, for XLRI, Jamshedpur and other colleges in its umbrella we have XAT. Symbiosis conducts SNAP. MICA, Ahmedabad conducts MICAT and TISS conducts TISSNET and some others. For lower B-Schools we have exam like MAT, CMAT and IBSAT.
T.I.M.E. is what it is because of the amalgamation of Best faculties, best study material and need we say anything about our AIMCATs.
We wish you best of luck for your success and hope to see you soon.
Happy Learning,
T.I.M.E. Jhansi.
