- Click on New User? Register link under ‘Beginners’ tab.

- Logon to Next Step with CT/DT reference ID and password.
- Click on 'Edit Application Form'.
- Type and select correct Institute name from the Institute options that appear (It will automatically reflect in the registration form). In case the Institute name is not appearing in the suggestions, you can continue to type your Institute name correctly and proceed.

To register for the TCS National Qualifier Test Drive, you need to create a unique reference number. To do that, request you to log on to https://careers.tcs.com -> New User? Register link under Beginners tab –> select “IT”.
Your candidature for the TCS National Qualifier Test of 2018 will be considered only after completing the below mentioned steps:
If you already have a CT or a DT reference number, you can continue with the same number. You do not need to create your profile once again. Please ensure that you click on ‘Apply For Drive’ post successful submission of the Application Form.
If you are creating your profile for the first time, please update the details carefully as no changes can be made to the profile once created for the following fields – Name, Date of Birth, Title, Address, Email ID, Telephone Number.
You can change details of other fields (except the above) by clicking “Edit Application Form” and updating the required details. Please ensure that you ‘Submit’ your Application Form after making the changes. No need to click on ‘Apply For Drive’ again.

No changes can be made to the Name/Date of Birth/Title/Address/Email ID/Telephone Number fields, once your profile has been created.
You can have a maximum of 1 pending backlog at the time of appearing for the test which needs to be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
Only 1 profile needs to be created per candidate. Duplicate profiles should not be created. You will need to write to ilp.support@tcs.com for deletion of your duplicate profiles.
Please follow the below steps to make changes in your Institute and College name if incorrect.
Please note that you need to enter the date range of minimum 12 months up to maximum 16 months in your X (10th) Std. course duration details.
Similarly, you need to enter the date range of minimum 12 months up to maximum 16 months in your XII (12th) Std. course duration details.
For example: For 10th/12th Std., please enter your course duration as 01/06/YYYY to 31/05/YYYY.
The qualification which you have entered in the Application form for graduation or post-graduation should be as per the Eligibility criteria for the TCS National Qualifier Test.
For example, If you have registered as a Bachelor of Computer Science (which is applicable for B.Sc Computer Science), you will not get the link to Apply for Drive.
You need to click on Edit Application Form and change the Qualification in your Application form to the correct Qualification for the TCS National Qualifier Test to get the link to Apply for Drive.
For example, if you are an engineering graduate then select your qualification as Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology, as applicable.
Your candidature for the TCS National Qualifier Test of 2018 will be considered only after you have completed the below steps:
Only shortlisted candidates who meet the TCS Eligibility criteria will receive hall tickets.
Hall Tickets will be sent after 25th August 2018
We will be sending the Hall Ticket to your registered Email ID
Once your Hall Ticket is generated, please check your Hall Ticket for the documents you need to carry for the TCS National Qualifier Test.
Please refer to the Hall Ticket for the reporting time and place for the TCS National Qualifier Test. The Hall Tickets will be sent after 25th August 2018.
No, interviews will not be conducted on the day of the TCS National Qualifier Test. If you clear the TCS National Qualifier Test, details of the Interview will be sent to you on your registered Email ID.
No, you cannot change the timing of the test. You will have to report at the time mentioned in your Hall Ticket.
You need to update the Nearest Test Location (Personal Details section) while updating your Application form. You can make changes to the Nearest Test Location until your profile status is “Application Received”. You can validate the Nearest Test Location while Applying for Drive. Once the test location has been selected by you, it cannot be changed if your Hall Ticket has already been generated.
The date of the TCS National Qualifier Test cannot be changed
The results of the TCS National Qualifier Test will be sent by email to your registered Email ID.
