NABARD has released notifications for the following vacancies :

(A) Assistant Manager in Grade 'A' (RDBS/Rajbhasha Service) : TOTAL POSTS -153

(1) Important Dates :

Application Registration and Payment of Online Fees/Intimation Charges : 17 July 2021 to 07 August 2021 Phase I (Preliminary) – Online Examination : Last Week of August 2021/First Week of September2021 (Tentatively)

Note : The date of Main Exam would be announced separately on Bank website

(2) Eligibility Criteria :

There are various posts / disciplines. Refer to notification for eligibility criteria.

(3) Selection Procedure :

The selection will be in three Phases as explained below.

(a) Prelim Exam Pattern :

Note 1 : Qualifying Section - Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making

Note 2 : Merit Section - General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India.

Note 3 : Shortlisting of the candidates for the Main exam will be based on marks scored in the Merit section only.

(b) Main Exam pattern : Please refer to the Notification. The patterns are different for Generalist / Specialist / Rajbhasha Posts.

Note : For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty in Phase-I and Phase-II, both. Cut-offs in Phase-I and Phase-II may be applied in two stages: (i) On scores in individual tests, (ii) On Total Score

(c) Interview : 50 Marks
