IBPS has released the notification for CWE CSA -XV 2025 for recruitment of Clerks in 11 Public Sector Banks. The total vacancies announced are 10277 as against 6000 announced in 2024 Notification.
Out of 11 Banks, 2 Banks have not reported the vacancies yet. This number of 10277 will definitely go up significantly once the final allotment is done in April 2026.
1. Important dates:
Online registration window: 01.08.2025 to 21.08.2025
Dates of Online Preliminary Examination: 4th, 5th, 11th October 2025
Dates of Online Main Examination: 29th November 2025

2. Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Age( As on 01.08.2025) - Min 20 years and Max 28 Years (Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules)
(b) Min educational qualification (As on 21.08.2025) - Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Note 1: Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
Note 2: Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply for are preferable.
(3) Structure of Examination (ONLINE):

i.Preliminary Examination: The test will have 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as given below:

Note : Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main examination.

Penalty for Wrong Answers :
There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests (Applicable for both Prelim & Main Examinations). For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at a corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
Note : MARKS OBTAINED IN THE ONLINE MAIN EXAMINATION ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FINAL MERIT LISTING.
(4) How to apply:
Candidates can apply online only from 01.08.2025 to 21.08.2025 and no other mode of application will be accepted. The fee can be paid in ONLINE mode only.
(5) Application fees / Intimation charges:
(a) Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates.
(b) Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others
