OICL AO Detailed Notification 2025 Out! Application: 3rd - 18th Dec

OICL has released the detailed notification for recruitment of 300 Administrative Officers.

(A) Important Dates :

  • Online Registration commences from: 03.12.2025
  • Last Date for Online Registration: 18.12.2025
  • Date of Phase I Online Exam: 10.01.2026
  • Date of Phase II Online Exam: 28.02.2026

(B) Total Posts : 300

  • Administrative Officer (Generalist): 285
  • Administrative Officer (Hindi-Rajbhasha): 15

(C) Eligibility : (as on 30.11.2025)

Educational Qualification:

  • Generalist Officers: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized University with at least 60% marks
  • Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers: Master’s Degree from a recognized University as per details given in Notification

Age: Minimum Age 21 years and Maximum Age 30 years.

(D) Selection Procedure :

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (Applicable for both Generalist and Hindi Officer)

Candidates have to qualify in each test by securing passing marks to be decided by the company. An adequate number of candidates in each category will be shortlisted for the main examination.

Tier II — Main Examination (Online Objective Test)

The descriptive test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language. It will be qualifying in nature.

The descriptive test of 60 minutes with 50 marks will include English Essay, Hindi Essay, Letter Writing, and Translations.

Penalty for Wrong Answers: One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer.

PART C - INTERVIEW:

Generalist and Hindi (Rajbhasha) candidates shortlisted based on Phase-II will be called for Interview.

(E) Application Fee :

  • SC / ST / PwBD : Rs. 250/- (Intimation Charges only)
  • All other candidates : Rs. 1000/- (Application fee including intimation charges)
