IBPS has released a notification where it has been mentioned that there is a change in the designation nomenclature for the Clerical cadre in Public Sector Banks.

The existing designation of Clerks has been changed to “Customer Service Associate” (CSA) wef 1st April 2024.

Henceforth the CRP Clerks XIV Notification ( IBPS Clerk Notification 2024) will now read as CRP CSA XIV.
